When I think of Sotheby’s Realty, I think of Georgetown or Kalorama or Gramercy Park. Now we can add upper Columbia Heights to the list.

a sotheby’s sign is a sign of change (gentrification). i used to think of it as only high-end home, but with the costs of housing skyrocketing here in DC, most single family homes or even town-homes would fit in that ‘expensive’ category.
My purchase of my “inexpensive” 425 sq foot condo on Fairmont St was handled by Sotheby’s last year. A sale’s a sale.
