My purchase of my "inexpensive" 425 sq foot condo on Fairmont St was handled by Sotheby's last year. A sale's a sale.

a sotheby's sign is a sign of change (gentrification). i used to think of it as only high-end home, but with the costs of housing skyrocketing here in DC, most single family homes or even town-homes would fit in that 'expensive' category.

A house on my block of illinois was sold by sothebys last summer. Maybe that seems out of place, but it was a flip job and the end result was pretty awesome.
