It's high time that these apartments are demolished to make way for mixed use luxury...
This is in the 1300 block of Irving Street in Columbia Heights, I believe. It is actually 2 condo units with 2 levels each. If I recall correctly, it used to be a group house that was pretty dilapidated, so hopefully the renovation was a thorough one.
Hmm.. actually, the windows don’t look like originals and therefore seem a bit out of place. Otherwise, very nice indeed.
how the heck do you open those windows? i sure hope they have central air, at least…
poo poo: they probably tilt like transoms, but you can’t have screens like double-hung windows.
