    This is in the 1300 block of Irving Street in Columbia Heights, I believe. It is actually 2 condo units with 2 levels each. If I recall correctly, it used to be a group house that was pretty dilapidated, so hopefully the renovation was a thorough one.

    poo poo: they probably tilt like transoms, but you can’t have screens like double-hung windows.
