Does it look like they are going to put a rooftop deck?

  • shaw rez

Is this where the new restaurant Policy is going? Or is Policy going to be in one of the buildings next door on 14th?

  • lala

i thought i heard a rumor that a new home design center was coming to 14th and T.

From what I understand Policy is going here and will wrap around the corner building to abutt Rough and Ready to the north.

  • JayToo

Yes Policy will go in this space, and above and behind, wrapping around to front 14th Street (but not including the actual corner, which used to be a liquor store). Policy will sort of be a restaurant, but with tiny little tables surrounded by lots of chairs, overpriced finger food “entrees” with chandeliers and lots of allegedly fashionable damask-print wallpaper. You know, what NYC was doing two years ago, ’cause Paris was doing it the year before that.
