Policy will sort of be a restaurant, but with tiny little tables surrounded by lots of chairs, overpriced finger food "entrees" with chandeliers and lots of allegedly fashionable damask-print wallpaper. You know, what NYC was doing two years ago, 'cause Paris was doing it the year before that.
