Rogue Garbage Can?

Has it come to this? I suppose it is better than this. But this is a rogue garbage can, yeah? Do you think the city empties it?

That’s on my block. I spoke to the guy who lives in the house on that corner. He put them out to help with the trash on 10th street between Quincy and Spring. He empties them himself. We’ve only lived on the block for a few months, and my husband has submitted several requests to the city for trash cans, but in the meantime it’s awful nice of this neighbor to pick up the slack. Now if only people used it….

I am considering putting one up in front of our house. The carbage.. er.. I mean the fellow recidents throwing carbage on our street is driving me nuts.

I’m all for it. Beats having trash all over the ground.
