    Yeah, prices seem to be holding fairly steady, apart from short sales/foreclosures. some good deals out there. and interest rates are low–

    Things seem to be selling for close to list but you have to be careful in what the “list” price originally was – rather than what the property was listed at when sold. For example, 1352 Kennedy was originally listed at $669k, dropped $100k in list price over time and ultimately sold for a bit less than list – but way less than its original list price.
