This seems to be making a little extra unnecessary work for oneself, yeah? I guess the idea is so that the recycle can doesn’t wind up half way down the alley but it seems like it’d be a pain in the ass to lift that thing when it’s full and all. Just seemed a bit odd to me. I bet you that is one wicked clean house on the inside though…

I guess it would be so you can reach over the fence, open the can, and throw your recycling in it, all to avoid having to open the gate and walk into the alley.

It’s got to be for the rats… but then why are the other garbage cans on the ground? A mystery.
Maybe he was hanged there as a message to the other recycling bins. Don’t mess with that house . . .
