A cool rowhouse in its own right but then I saw the top floor. If you look closely you can see it is a sunroom of sorts with curtains that can open up. I guess that’s a sort of sunroom pop up. Very cool though. I give it a thumbs up.

no! the g2! ughhhhh
That would be awesome!
Rave: I have tomorrow off so today is like my Friday!
Rave: Cooking up some roasted...
That's what I want to know. How embarrassing. Every time I see someone pull an iPad out...
That was an honest question. I don't know what would make you think otherwise. It's...
it’s quickly becoming the bane of my existence that you keep featuring ALL my neighbors… but not my house. one day, one day…
announcing…. (drumroll)… PoP’s first “approved” pop-up!
j…get some cool house features like a giant frog sculpture for the front of your house or some menacing stone gargoyles to protect your entry way…or plant a ton of flowers and shurbs in your front lawn… That is sure to attract the elusive PoP!
Definitely one of the more attractive PoP-ups! I just hope it’s not south-facing. That could get mighty hot.
It’s actually 3 condos and the top floor has lots of windows and skylights.
I used to live in the upper unit in this building (the top 2 floors). Huge apartment with tons of space and lots of cool features (spiral staircase, roofdeck, 3 full bathrooms…). But once the sun started shining through the skylights….it got unbearably hot.
Oh, and the gingko trees in front of the house are the ones that stink.
