What is that cleaners in the foreground? Is it for sale or open?
The building in the foreground is for sale (maybe lease). The folks who have to look at that building every day actually say it resembles a beer can…not necessarily a bad thing mind you, but still a beer can nonetheless.
It’s on MLS. (or at least used to be a few months ago) Grand open living space. Expesive.
