I always thought this place was one of the best deals in town so I’m not surprised it has sold out. The location is stellar as it is a stone’s throw from 11th Street and Red Rocks as well as the Petworth Metro. And with the prices in the mid 200s that sounded pretty sweet. Enjoy.

Best fish tacos in town. Yuca and horchada aren't too bad either.
I agree, I thought these were a great deal (I saw a couple units with a friend who was looking to buy)– less than one block from the PW metro, but only a 5 min walk from the new businesses on 11th St in CH, the new Giant, etc.
I’d agree if the square footage wasn’t so small, and if I hadn’t bought a condo that was a room larger with parking for about the same price two blocks from the metro.
so are there any other similar condos on the market in Petworth?? My friend is still looking and the only condos on the market in the area under 300K are The Soleil (units large and beautiful, but nixed due to location across the street from the sketchy gas station and the big construction project soon to start next door). There are a couple places on Park Road near Georgia but uncomfortably close to Park Morton housing project. Would love to hear of anything new that will be coming online…close to metro. Thanks!!
For what it’s worth, if you can get a good deal close to the Park Morton, you may want to consider taking it. That whole project is scheduled to be torn down and replaced with a mixed income development. The new construction is set to begin this fall.
