Fairly packed train, but a two seater was mysteriously open, I walked over to about to sit down when, lo and behold, a used tampon was right there on the seat. I about the threw up on the spot. I stopped my motion grabbed a rail and pulled myself out. Walked to the other end of the train and luckily found a seat. People are disgusting in general and I have not seen anything recently that would indicate an optimistic outlook for society. The worst metro experience I’ve ever had was on a green line train.
