Crazy — I snapped a photo of this intersection this past weekend also! I think the vacant building on the left is gorgeous!
that vacant building on the left is going to be a hell of a place some day when someone puts a few million bucks into renovating it.
It still hurts me that none of my developer clients bought it back when it was listed in 2000 or 2001 for $250k.
