Way up, in particular if its an addition to an old house. I am not sure if we could afford brick (been toying around with the idea of building an addition).. anyone have an idea how much more than regular siding brick would cost?
my neighbor did a 6 foot extension to his 12 foot wide, two story house, in 1999 (backyard extension that empties into an alley). he didn’t use permits. just found a contractor willing to take on the work. it cost him $50k. dunno what the cost would be nowadays…..
An average price would be 100K.
