While the photo I took says 1812 I believe this particular unit is located in the rowhome next door. (Those are the photos from Redfin.) That is a pretty wild building in the photo above. I guess there is a staircase in the middle of that structure? Anyway, back to the condo – it looks pretty sweet from the virtual tour. It’s also a stone’s throw from 18th Street. So do you think the new price of $524,000 sounds reasonable?

I’ve been in that building. Despite being so close to 18th, it’s far enough removed to be slightly quieter. But meh on layout and size.
Lots of square feet and looks nice, plus great location, but (a) no parking, (b) very small kitchen, (c) staring at brick walls / poor light out windows, and I’d say it will eventually sell for around 500ish or just under.
