Woah, 2000 square feet! And a sunroom… So, do you think $569,000 sounds reasonable? As always what do you think of the condo itself. I am a huge fan of the door…

I don’t think the door goes to the condo. If its the same unit I looked at a few weeks back, the door belongs to the first floor and the available condo is on the second floor with the door around the corner.

That’s what I paid for my 4-bedroom rowhouse in Columbia Heights proper a couple years ago. And the condo looks kind of cramped and dim. If it’s really 2 bedrooms in 2000 square feet, it’s probably just bad photography, but I’m not inspired.
If that’s what you can get for $570k, I’m much happier with the house I got. I say not a good deal. (‘Specially since there are probably condo fees on top of your mortgage payment.)

What kind of Realtor doesn’t own a wide angle lens? Yeah, that picture of the corner of the living room really sold me! How incompetent at your profession can you get? That’s like a carpenter without a hammer.

If you’re in the condo market, I would think you could get more for your money, or at least a better location. I’m not sure what makes it a “designer kitchen” as the realtor says. Any Harry or Harriet Homeowner can go to Sears to get stainless steel appliances and retain a vendor to install granite countertops.

Tower sounds neat, but I couldn’t see it with the 50 mm lens.
