PoP, the wig stores on GA Ave are because a lot of black women rely on wigs to change hair styles. You’ll always find more wig shops in predominantly African American neighborhoods.
just a note: yes, the birds were by the mall.. that’s what they were doing after the inauguration and i passed them on the way out of there
