“I just went to check out their website and noticed it says their Qualia Coffeehouse on Georgia Ave is opening in mid-april!”
And they got a great new awning! I’ve been dreaming of an awning like this in Petworth for years!

I can’t wait – I thought they wouldn’t open until the summer, so super happy to hear it will be so soon. They are on Georgia b/w Randolph and Shepherd.
My next door neighbor is a coffee snob (in the best way) and a fan of Fresh Off the Roast coffee so my hopes are high for the coffee to be really great. I have to say as much as I love Columbia Heights coffee sometimes the coffee itself is a bit mehhhh. I go there because it’s close by, not because of the coffee. Hoping Qualia really hits the mark.
I do dig the at-home look and awning.
