		<description>I can&#039;t wait - I thought they wouldn&#039;t open until the summer, so super happy to hear it will be so soon. They are on Georgia b/w Randolph and Shepherd.

My next door neighbor is a coffee snob (in the best way) and a fan of Fresh Off the Roast coffee so my hopes are high for the coffee to be really great. I have to say as much as I love Columbia Heights coffee sometimes the coffee itself is a bit mehhhh. I go there because it&#039;s close by, not because of the coffee. Hoping Qualia really hits the mark.</description>
