Nestor – figured it out (8 months later). It’s a bar I’ve been to many times for brunch, but never sat at the bar – thus didn’t recognize it. It’s called the Tune Inn. Can’t eat a damned thing there anymore since becoming vegan, but I used to get gravy fries there all the time. They make the best bloody marys in all of DC.
