Porch Decoration of the Year

This was an awesomely random sight that just has to make you smile. I know it has made a few folks smile because I received a number of emails about this Winne the Pooh located on Sherman Ave just south of Park Road.

That’s odd. I live right around the corner from there and I’ve never noticed it. I hope it’s still up tomorrow. Gotta check it out.

AWESOME! Can you zoom in to the bottle next to Santa? what is that?
but seriosuly, if I was a kid, I would love to live in that house and I would be proud of my giant pooh!

This isn’t the first house I’ve seen with a stuffed animal tied to the window. Strikes me as very peculiar. I saw one in an alley closer to the Giant too. Any chance this is some kind of marker or signal? Or are these just talented and proud carnival goers?

I think the symbolism of Winnie the Pooh sitting on Santa Claus is incredible and profound.

Pooh on Santa should have been this week’s caption contest.
