Matt Dunn, originally from the Bronx, NY, lives in Shaw and has been a freelance photographer since June 2000. Matt’s work has been published in the New York Times, Spin Magazine, Mother Jones, Washington City Paper and other publications. He has work on photo projects internationally in Haiti, Cuba, India and Uganda.

Yes! Matt’s work is amazing, both his portrait photography and his candid street shots. He has such a way of getting inside the frame and really capturing the essence the scene and of his subjects. I didn’t realize that his recent Flickr uploads were part of this photo series, but that’s fantastic. Having the opportunity to see his photos on a regular basis via Flickr has been very instructive for me, not to mention a real treat. Bravo.
