It's a neat street with a great view of the city; sort of feels like Takoma Park or old Hyattsville. At the corner of Maple View and Nichols Avenue, er, I mean MLK Avenue are these two old old wood farm houses that are fenced off and sad looking... Monuments of an Anacostia from 140 years ago. I stumbled upon Maple View Place a few years ago while exploring Anacostia. It’s a neat street with a great view of the city; sort of feels like Takoma Park or old Hyattsville.
