The way you have it now, at least people might see a headline about a neighborhood that's not theirs and be drawn in and learn something new. I think applying your template to other communities is smart. For those areas I'm not interested in, I'll click on past just as I do now, but I'm excited to learn more about areas of town I'm unfamiliar with the way I've learned about CH/Petworth here. Please include Takoma/Lamond/Riggs Park in the mix as I see someone is doing some digging near the Ft. Totten Metro and I'd like to know more about the growth in that area.
