I thought this was a pretty unusual house. It was located off upper 14th Street. There were a lot of bungalows on this block and a few like this interspersed. What style would you call this?

I was thinking a Tudalow.

Definitely a shingatude.
I love that street – all the houses are great looking!
This place used to belong to a friend of mine. I loved the interior layout, quite spacious, but I always found the porch alignment to be a little wierd; that “window” on the left looks onto the back yard.
Bungador.
POP… what’s the cross? This looks like my street!
I believe it is called a Dutch Colonial
SG! exactly what you said! as soon as i saw the picture i said “tudolow”
This is a Craftsman Bungalow and this house is located in the 1300 block of Jefferson Street NW. I own a similar home in the 1300 block of Hamilton Street NW and haven’t been able to find this style anywhere else in 16th Street Heights or the city.
While the exterior is slightly different from the center door/full porch bungalows in the neighborhood the interior is very much the same.
