The deck juts out like the prow of a ship and the owners go with it. Last year it was only up for a day. This year they put it up this past week and it's been great. That's what we called it back when I went to Georgetown. There is usually nautical theme decorations in the window and I once saw the guy outside wearing a captain's hat...and maybe an eye patch....college is getting kinda hazy now.
