My problem is that H St. has narrow sidewalks, increasing foot traffic and a tremendous amount of loitering. These just make the sidewalks tighter and make it harder to walk around the loiterers. Local youth, making art that is supported by the ANC commissioners, and adopted by local businesses, which brings attention to an area under heavy development? Hello! What a combination! For starters, the colors are great--they really stand out.
