I notice in all rendering for high density city projects that they never show high density traffic around the area. Also they always show a non existing park near. hmmmmm.

Actually, the park very much exists. It’s located on an elevated courtyard in the middle of the building, accessable only to residents. Actually quite awesome. I checked the place out a couple months ago, but was thrown off by the rent/immediate surrounding area.
