		<description>I toured this place with Hipchick.... .and while it seemed large from the outside for some reason it felt cramped. The living room side was pretty small because the house angles in on that side. Also, zero backyard. And it definitely needed work. I think at that point it was still listed at 375, which was pretty ridiculous. 267 is definitely in good deal territory.</description>
