Like it, but I think I would have done it all in black, or a really dark gray. I have a thing for monotone-painted older buildings.

At the very least they should have used a matte finish, not semi-gloss. ugh.

There is the large dark dark matte grey one on Florida with the delightful round windows. Looked great, but this weekend I saw that the owners had drilled through the middle of the building’s handsome facade and installed a white laundry vent louver!
