The Brazilian building was built back in 1971 by Brazilian architect Olavo Redig de Campos and is just going through renovations and a roof replacement

One thing we have to be proud of in this city is the great number of architectural hidden treasures.

The Finnish Embassy is amazing inside. It's a beautiful open space with huge windows onto the woods behind the building, and a long deck/walkway that extends into the trees. There are some photos on the website http://www.finland.org/public/default.aspx?nodeid=35836&contentlan=2&culture=en-US

You should check out the Italian Embassy down the street (Mass) by the park. I can't really put a name to the style, but it has these weirdly inset windows that give it a shifty-eyed look.

Sure I'm not the first (or last) to say this, but the Brazilian Embassy looks like an old flash bulb cube.

Generally I'd take Brazil over just about anything Finland has to offer, but I give the nod to the Fins here
