Puro Cafe Coming to Georgetown and Work Begins at 13th and U

Puro Cafe is coming to 1529 Wisconsin Ave, NW. I asked a neighbor if she knew when it would open but she didn’t know the exact date. I’ll be sure to update when they officially open their doors.
And I was excited to see construction begin at the corner of 13th and U Streets, NW. I’m eager to see what tenants move in:

I own the building at 13th and U. We have not yet leased the 1st floor but would love a high class wine and cheese shop.

I am the leasing agent for the building and we have had no discussions with Five Guys.

Puro Cafe is now officially open. Today was there grand opening, very busy, great espresso by Nescafe and some well made Paninis too!
