I'll be damned if I know how they'll get the streets cleared enough for the commuters this week. We live off of 6th in Shaw and that road is still down to two lanes with no parking and 4 inches + of slush that will refreeze over night. WMATA is saying limited bus service for Monday and that they are only operating METRO below ground every 30 minutes. This is NOT a good sign for normal operations on Tuesday; combined with the next storm Tuesday afternoon I'm guessing the fed will close Tuesday as well. Is this wishful thinking on my part????
