I think the price sounds fair. A tip on your photos though – if this is the top floor of a rowhouse, how come I can only see a window in one of the photos? Take pics of windows!!!
This also makes me crazy when a place is for sale and the photos are of the couch (not for sale) and the blank wall behind it.

My boyfriend’s brother took the photos at night. He’s very smart, but not very practical. I’m currently out of the country, so I am not able to take better photos. Hopefully, those who come to see the place will realize that there are plenty of windows and the place gets tons of light.
By the way, the place is not for sale, it’s for rent.

hmmm, I actually think it’s a couple hundred bucks high. For comparison, I have an apt down the block, 2br/2bath, 2 floors, for $2100.
