So how does a Realtor with a listing this poorly done stay in business? When a seller is shopping around (for someone to whom they are going to give 15% of their sales price!) don't they check previous listings?

At this price, if my agent made multiple typos in the listing and could only manage to post 10 photos, his or her ass would not be long for my business! (Although I've seen even worse online listings at higher price points; maybe people who don't know how to write or spell coherent English have a higher propensity towards careers in RE, who knows.)

While the photos are crap, I sold my 1 Bedroom condo across the street (Lofts 2) for 5K less in 3 weeks and that was last Feb. when the market was REALLY bad. Our layout was much better (and we had a balcony), but people WANT to live here. We got out because we wanted more space but again, there is a certain clientele (our buyer paid cash) who want to be on this street and this is right around the price point for these lofts. Would I have bought my loft for this price, heck no (we made some serious coin on the sale). But I was more than willing to sell mine at this price. It will sell within a month and within 20K of this price. Mark my words (even with the terrible kitchen layout and the horrific pics!)

European Scavolini cabinets look alot like Ikea cabinets...not that there's anything wrong with that. Does $600/sq ft seem excessive for a studio condo?

Nice location, seems expensive for a one-bedroom but the rate per square foot isn't as bad as I would have expected.

Realtor: I recommend a photo of the bedroom in your 1BR advertisement? And what is photo #9 a shot of? Condo fee seems reasonable considering electric is not included. Price includes parking spot, and location is really, really fantastic. I think it may be a tiny bit overpriced, but could be wrong. Sorry for the snark! Cabin fever! Time to go walk maybe!

Hey, POP, any chance you can rework links to open as a new tab in an Internet application? Some sites seem to work this way, but on POP, clicking a link dives straight away into the linked page, so we have to back out to get back to POP. I know I can right-click and select 'open link in new tab' but i forget that more times than not. Just a suggestion, if it's even possible.
