(Although I've seen even worse online listings at higher price points; maybe people who don't know how to write or spell coherent English have a higher propensity towards careers in RE, who knows.) Our layout was much better (and we had a balcony), but people WANT to live here. We got out because we wanted more space but again, there is a certain clientele (our buyer paid cash) who want to be on this street and this is right around the price point for these lofts. Would I have bought my loft for this price, heck no (we made some serious coin on the sale). But I was more than willing to sell mine at this price. It will sell within a month and within 20K of this price. Mark my words (even with the terrible kitchen layout and the horrific pics!)
