Orange kitties are little psychos.
I have torties (and a tabby). Not quite as psycho.
I'll probably never go there either, not convenient for me. But I concur that it does...
Examples of clean lines include the Parthenon, the Empire State Building and the...
I actually think it's more like "NoMa has fewer residents around to complain about...
I like the overall design of it, but just a bit too many material choices for my taste....
First off, that’s not Capitol Hill, it’s Near Northeast, and secondly, I wouldn’t describe something originally built as workforce housing a “luxery townhouse”.
That said, it seems like an OK deal; the Metro’s not too far off and you’ve got H Street right there, but the kicker is definitely the jacuzzi tub.
$1k for a bedroom is pretty steep in this hood. You still have hookers on the weekends! Go 5 blocks south (up the hill) and you’re in good shape.
I live in the area and think 1500 is more reasonable. But I can’t get the link to work to see more photos. The closest metro is going to be about .75 miles
$2000 for just a few blocks from Trinidad! Fantastic!
Well, in Bizarro DC, perhaps.
how luxereous!
its too much for that area. i am renting out 3 br 1.5 bath TH in col heights. not luxurious but its clean, for $2000.
Too much!
sounds about right it all depends on the square footage. The area is a little dicey. However its close to H street and the New York Ave Metro. Now that I think about it ,I would pay 2000.00 per month.
This is reasonable and even below market. I am renting out a under 900 sq ft minihouse in columbia heights or park view (depending what you call it – not to start a flame war, but just to say the house isn’t right on top the metro)for 2k/mo. It’s a 2/1 renovated space. We’ve tenants in there since 2008 and have not raised the rent on them because they’re wonderful but we could (rent has gone up int he last 2 years both in H st and Columbia Hieghts).
you’d have to pay me to live there. way too much!
