This apartment is located at 2511 Q Street, NW:
The Craigslist ad says:
“Ideally located between Dupont Circle and Georgetown, Rock Creek Gardens entices you
With beautifully landscaped grounds and newly renovated lobby. The spacious apartment
Homes offer hardwood floors, renovated kitchens, and oversized closets.”
Do you think $1440 sounds reasonable for this location?

Columbia Heights and Georgia Ave opened on the same day.
I love it love it love it. I live nearby (Eckington), and bike by it almost every day....
Beautiful building, BOLD, which is a rarity in DC. Not sure how people think there is too...
Orange kitties are little psychos.
I have torties (and a tabby). Not quite as psycho.
I'll probably never go there either, not convenient for me. But I concur that it does...
Awesome location. Good price for an able bodied, pet-less, car-free person or couple. I’d be missing my fireplace though.
Good price for the location, if it’s a 1br and not a studio. But if the only AC is that window unit and the tenant pays electic, they need to build that into the cost.
Kitchen is small & ugly but functional, and the walk-up doesn’t matter because it’s on the ground floor (though I would rather walk up than worry about burglaries…that patio door doesn’t look very strong and it would probably be a deal-breaker for me).
No security deposit is a nice perk.
Is this a studio, 1 or 2 bedroom? At that price I assume it’s a studio. More details please!
