I think this is one of the homes previously owned by Shiloh Baptist church that recently went for sale. I’m not sure if it sold or not but I’m cautiously optimistic about the construction/garbage bin out front.

I used to use retin a and just had to slather on the cream and exfoliate a lot. not much...

From that photo there doesn’t look to be much room for a rear addition, or is it an optical illusion?
There really isn’t much room for a rear addition. Right now that dumpster is out there for debris from digging down in the basement. It’s going to be a duplex.
