This is one of the oddest row houses I’ve ever come across. It’s also one of my favorites. Notice it has a wild bay front window on the first floor plus a cool roof deck in the front. It’s from the Dupont area.

Yeah I figured it was Sweet Mango as well.
It used to be a retail space, hence the huge window.
I used to walk by and covet this all the time (21st almost at the corner of Florida). This will sound stalker-y, but when the shade in front is up, it appears as though there’s a nice lofted living area.
