I checked out that room before it sold. It’s as awesome as it looks.
Very cool if you’re an exhibitionist like David Blaine.
P.I.M.P.
The view of the courtyard from 14th is one of my favorites.
For some reason, that courtyard has always looked post-apocalyptic to me. Neo should be running through there.
I think that’s the courtyard with the little pond/water feature that has a sign that says something ominous like “water chemically treated – do not drink/bathe”. Classy.
I dig it. So is that a private residence, or some sort of common area/party room? I’m trying to figure out my chances of ever seeing it from the inside.
The courtyard space is modeled after classic early twentieth century factory designs.
The guard towers are to the right. Work will set you free.
That would be awful if it wasn’t so funny.
I toured that unit before it sold (it is part of one of the condos – not a common room). It’s not as cool as you would think – it has blocked views and you can’t access it directly from the rest of the unit – you have to cross an outdoor patio to get to it. It just seemed random.
