My partner and I have discussed the idea of purchasing it for a semi-retirement opportunity for his mother who loves dogs. Also, if I were an interested person, the "We will gladly share all ideas we have for expanding the business in order to increase revenue and best serve the loyal customers and supportive neighborhood"... twice, would raise red flags. Just my 2¢ I hate seeing small businesses have difficulties, but I would guess it’s more that they are having financial difficulties as compared to time constraints.
