Still looks like this in 2010… Bonus points to those that recognize which condo building this is from. Per usual – your captions in the comments and winner (free PoP t-shirt) picked Friday.

Ugly ones!
The second picture is the frieze in the Naional Building Musseum.
The first picture I...
I love an extraordinarily sexy photographic exhibit. Sticky!
what buildings from 1992 look like this?
Ugh, looks like something that was designed about 20 years ago. They must've dusted off...
That’s the building at the corner of 13th and N, along the side on N St, I think.
The Radius, isn’t it?
Yup Radius in logan
I was going to write a really boring post about how you can tell the year/era of the real estate market by the type of lockboxes that are being used, but then I realized that nobody thinks that is interesting but me. The bulky blue ones with the key pads are Sentrilocks, which rock because the keys don’t get jammed.
Each one of these luxury condos is unique, just like you.
(sorry Pop-people, I had a bad day…)
How much do these condos go for?
Anything in the 270-300 range here?
def Radius
Darn I knew it too, but missed it! Ya how much are these selling for?
Al Gore never had a problem with directions to his DC condo: “Just look for the one with the lock box.”
OR
That was a hell of a key party.
Early surveillance devices now on display at The Spy Museum.
I don’t think you can tell alot from this to be honest – I live in a condo building that has a TON of lock boxes…..but the thing is, most of those belong to residents, like myself, in case they loose their keys or lock themselves out. I’ve done it twice already and had to get my locks drilled pre-lock box. MUCH cheaper to keep a $25 lock box attached to your building outside that has a spare in it.
Just sayin!!!
The Radius at 13th and N NW.
It is indeed the Radius.

Nobody told the blue one or the brown one about the dress code, so they huddled together like two underdressed outcasts.
