From a press release:
“Constitution Square’s first retailer opened Tuesday, the 100-seat Constitution Café at 145 N Street, NE, in NoMa, the area north of Massachusetts Avenue. Billed as a “cuisine superstore,” Constitution Café offers a variety of breakfast and lunch offerings, including sushi, full salad and hot bars, and sandwiches to order.”

Sounds great.

That is awesome. This comment thread is getting good.
This is a great idea! Congratulations, I can not wait to visit during the day.
I bet somebody could bring that to Sundance and make a lot of money. Crowd favorite for...
That was awesome.
…any different than a sizz ex?
yes, it is in NoMa instead of the downtown core.
This is great!
Weekday breakfast/lunch only I presume like the myriad of other downtown cafeterias? If so it’s not much of a boon to residents who don’t happen to also work in the area (e.g. not a place to grab a quick dinner or something on the weekend).
They close at 3, and are only open M-F. Little chance of extended hours, since the owners don’t trust anyone else to run it if they’re not there.
However, the place looks great, and soon we’ll have Tynan, Potbelly, Harris Teeter, CVS, and others with better hours.
Oops, they close at 4, not 3. But they open at 6 AM, so I may be able to stop by for breakfast before hopping on the Metro…
damn those hours suck, looks like no new dinner place for me
