Cool New Building in NoMa sells for $305 Million

“StonebridgeCarras and Walton Street Capital today completed the sale to Northwestern Mutual of Two Constitution Square in Washington, D.C. for $305 million. The 589,000 square foot office building is leased to the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) for the Department of Justice. The building is located at 145 N Street, N.E. in Washington, D.C.’s rapidly developing NoMa (North of Massachusetts Avenue) neighborhood.”

What’s the difference between an iced latte and an iced coffee? I think latte is made with espresso – but how does it matter when you dilute it with ice & milk? I just haven’t kept up with coffee phylogeny.
iced coffee is coffee poured over ice. iced latte is espresso with a bunch of milk poured over ice. so, iced latte = more milk.
Pound is a really nice place. Excellent lunches during the week… And it’s great that they finally have some weekend hours!
I thought this was going to be a good deal or not.
I enjoyed my first $1.50 Nutella Latte so much that I had to take friends back over to Pound for another. So rich and delish! Great service too.
