The vigil for Neil was very sad and very uplifting at the same time. There were over 160 people and hearing stories from his friends and co-workers makes me want to be a better person just like him. I want to try to remember to live life at the fullest as he did, to give anything i have to someone in need even if it is the last quarter in my pocket, to always smile and be happy and care free. Tonight we all got to know him and understand how wonderful this world was because of his presence. I am glad i got to attend.

Clark Ray was there. He’s got my vote. Interesting guy with a pretty broad base of experiences that DC could use. Being a reserve Policeman is one of them.
