The white paint in the basement apt was a relief. That purple paint is definitely a house staging no-no.

Cool place, but I’d want more than a condo kitchen for 1.2 mil
It is beautiful…but I am not loving the extra light shade of the hardwoods one the main levels of the house.
for 1.2 million, I expect more. My guess is, $1,050,000.

I have that sink…you can get it at Lowes. It is surprisingly affordable.
I like the rental unit better than the main living space. That blue gives me the blues. The price obviously reflects the location and not the house itself which I must say is adorable.
I live down the street and love those houses – all the neighbors seem to know one another and they’re very well maintained.
I think given the location, the parking spaces, and the rental unit (you can rent to spaces for about $250, too) it’s a good deal.
I could do without the cheapo glued-on wainscoting throughout the entire 1st floor.
Okay, okay. *I* like the deep blue/gray walls. Anyone know the color/producer?
