Inspired Yoga becomes The Buddha B Yoga Center at 12th and U St, Nw

Thanks to a reader for sending the heads up. I’m not sure how long Inspired Yoga had been closed but The Buddha B Yoga Center just opened up last weekend. Their Web site says:

“The Buddha B Yoga Center, located in the heart of NW, Washington DC’s vibrant U Street Corridor on the corner of 12th of U Street (across from the U Street/Cardozo Metro), offers a unique place of refuge from today’s fast paced city life. Located on the second floor (Suite #202) in a natural light filled corner space, this urban oasis is founded on the three pillars of timeless wisdom: yoga, meditation and Ayurveda. Offering these ancient healing traditions and their 5000 year old principles with a class schedule that includes various styles of yoga (from active and vigorous athletic practices, beginner’s, to slow healing yoga for back pain & restorative sessions and meditation), the Buddha B Yoga Center and its teachers conveys the true message of yoga through conscious living. The studio’s mission is to strengthen and lengthen, rejuvenate and heal stressed, aching or injured bodies and re-balance tired spirits.”
