Former Ritz Camera Next to Central to become a Liquor Store
425 11th Street, NW, a former Ritz Camera, has been vacant for a long time. I always thought neighboring Central would expand into the space. Turns out a new liquor store, The Local Vine Cellar Market & Tasting Room, hopes to take over the space.
