Sometimes you learn the hard way that trading your Kindle for a pumpkin is stupid.

I was under the impression that Bloomingdale was bordered by Rhode Island, Florida and North Capitol. Am I wrong? If so, i’d be interested to learn what the real boundaries are (if they exist)
Borders here: http://www.bloomingdaledc.org/. It’s 2nd/Florida/N. Cap/McMillian site.
163 Adams Street, NW, falls clearly within Bloomingdale’s boundaries, which are 2nd Street, N.W. to the west (north of Rhode Island Avenue), and 3rd Street, N.W. (south of Rhode Island), Florida Ave to the south, Channing Street to the North, and North Capitol to the east.
$30/month for water?? That’s weird. Why not just make the rent $1530 then?
b/c the renter(s) are paying for 90% of the property’s water bill, that’s why. It’s probably not separately metered … I’m also unclear as to why they didn’t include the cost in the rent as proposed and state that water is included.
Seems like a decent deal.
