Word on the street is that the landlords were asking $3800 per month. Anyway, looks like they found a new tenant – Kith & Kin. A recent liquor license application says it will be a:
“New gourmet Pizza Restaurant with 30 seats. Total Occupancy Load of 49. Will have recorded music.”
